Do you believe you deserve what you want?

To deserve something, can be understood as, having earned or to be given it because of the way you have behaved or the qualities you have.

We seem to absorb everything we’ve been exposed to. We take on the worlds criteria and make it our own. What are you attracting?

How do you shift what you’ve become? By being ok with who you are and where you are at. In order to change these things, you need to accept them first. Find a balance and make the positives outweigh the negatives.

Change your Thoughts

You need to change your thoughts from fear and worry and instead think of all the possibilities available to you. Every time we come to a new hurdle we get scared and worried, instead of knowing we are closer than the last time. This is a change in our personal perspective! Hurdles are part of the process of growth. Getting back up and learning, we get stronger and more confident each time we jump one of those hurdles.

We also feel we may not deserve because of our past. We tend to self-sabotage ourselves. Don’t look behind you in fear – feed your accomplishments. Push past all of this and look forward.

Three Strategies

One strategy to help you apply this is to write down “what are your beliefs in this moment?”

For example – “I’d like to make a million dollars in a year” Write down all your thoughts that apply to this and ask yourself – does it feel good, bring me joy and make me happy? (Apply these questions to anything you write down). The answers to these questions, are considered internal thoughts. Negative thoughts begin from outside sources. Don’t let them in.

A second strategy is: Do Something every day! Anything.

Say things to yourself like “I’m perfect as I am”, accept where you are at. “Inner Contentment”

Journal – What do you want in life and what does it look like?

A third strategy is:  Network.

Network as often as possible. Meet new people and get together with people you already have relationships with.  Be around positive people and absorb all the good stuff they have to offer. Limit exposure to toxic and negative people.

When others are supporting us, we get further together.

The process of growth, getting what you want and deserve, can create a heaven or hell – depending on how you look at it.

Remember – just showing up is good enough some days.
